The Conference Web is http://www.astronomy.csdb.cn/ghou/. Please develop your ideas for presentations and post them and mail them to us, and also file the abstracts on the conference web site. Posters are encouraged. We welcome hearing from you about topics for break-out sessions and work.

We are exploring the feasibility of precursor HOU Institute for Chinese Teachers right before the Global Workshop -- Global HOU'ers are welcome to come early and help. Wheelchair ramps will be made available for those with disabilities.
